Terms of Service (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the www.hierophantpublishing.com website (the “Service”) operated by Hierophant Corp. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Refund Policy
For online courses and in-person events that take place within the continental United States, refunds are granted up to 90 days prior to the start of the event purchased, less a $50 cancellation fee. For in-person events that take place outside the continental United States, refunds are granted up to 180 days prior to the start of the event purchased, less a $50 cancellation fee. Due to the scheduling and planning requirements of our online courses and in-person events, we cannot offer refunds once these time frames have passed.
All refunds must be issued to the same credit card or method of payment. If the card or method of payment used is no longer available, a credit towards a future event will be issued.

Responsibility and Liability for In-Person Events and Travel
By purchasing tickets to one of our events and embarking upon his/her travel, you, the traveler, voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected.
Hierophant Corporation, dba Insight Events USA, shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, death, property damage, accident, disruption of travel, change of itinerary, irregularity, loss or delay, to you or your travel companions or group members. This includes, but is not limited to, things such as:
Covid-19 or any medical condition associated with Covid-19
Breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of any supplier or vendor associated with our events, or your travel to and from said events
Any defect in any means of transportation to or from the event or at the event (if applicable)
Terrorist activities, political or social unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, monetary crises, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments
Any other actions, omissions or conditions outside our control.
You are hereby warned of such risks, and advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them, including but not limited to travel medical insurance, lost and damaged baggage insurance, and/or trip cancellation insurance.
Your purchase of tickets to any of our events shall constitute consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
We are not an agent for any of the firms which will provide goods and services for the trip or for any option which may be available in connection with any trip (including optional side trips, car rentals, etc.) and the Operator has not priced the trip or option to allow Operator to guarantee against failure of any such firms.
Accordingly, Participant(s) agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier and not to hold Hierophant Corporation liable, in the absence of its negligence, for any loss, injury, delay or expense which results directly or indirectly from any action or omission, whether negligent, criminal or otherwise, of any entity providing goods or services for the trip or any available option (e.g., without limitation, the quality of services, cleanliness of a hotel, hotel overbooking or any flight delay).
Participant(s) also agree not to hold Hierophant Corporation liable for circumstances beyond its control (e.g., force majeure). Participant(s) acknowledge that Hierophant Corporation has not made any representation or promises with respect to any event described herein except as expressly set forth on this website.
Hierophant Corporation may decline, for any reason, any person as a Participant on a trip or event whereupon the only obligation shall be to refund to such person that portion of payment allocable to the unused services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Insight Events USA and/or Hierophant Corporation and/or Hierophant Publishing
Our Companies have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Hierophant Corporation and/or its subsidiaries shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

The information and phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Insight Events USA, you may receive messages related to the following:
• Event registration inquiries
• Follow-up messages
Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per month if there are questions related to your in-person event registration.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-In Method:
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Insight Events USA in the following ways:
• Verbally, during a conversation
• By emailing or texting us
• By submitting an online form
Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list by calling 210-851-8584 or emailing [email protected].
