Refunds and Cancellations

Any books that arrive damaged or faulty can be returned within 30 days and receive a full refund. Please contact staff(@)hierophantpublishing(dot)com to request a refund

For online courses and in-person events held within the continental United States, refunds are available up to 90 days before the start date, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

For in-person events held outside the continental United States, refunds are available up to 180 days before the start date, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

After these deadlines, we cannot offer refunds due to scheduling and planning requirements.

Your emailed receipt serves as your ticket. No paper tickets will be mailed.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase. If that method is no longer available, we will issue a credit toward a future event. The 3.5% ticketing fee charged at purchase is non-refundable, as payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) do not return these fees to us.

For digital goods and online courses: Once digital course materials have been accessed or the course has begun, refunds are not available unless covered by the above event refund policy.
