Come Back to Yourself: A Three-Day Women’s Retreat in Sedona, Arizona
May 4 - 7, 2026 | Sedona, AZ
The Warrior Goddess Mama and best-selling author of Warrior Goddess Training, Warrior Goddess Training Companion Book, and Warrior Goddess Way.
HeatherAsh Amara has been leading circles of women into deeper relationships with themselves for over 30 years.
She is dedicated to supporting women in developing their self-intimacy, steadiness, and stillness by sharing the most potent tools from a variety of world traditions. She does this through the teachings of Warrior Goddess Training inspired by the many paths she has walked. Through her workshops and books she offers practical tools she has developed during her studies of European Shamanism with Vicki Noble, Buddhism through being raised in Southeast Asia, and Toltec wisdom through the lineage of don Miguel Ruiz who she apprenticed with and now co-teaches beside.
HeatherAsh Amara believes deeply in the power of women coming together for healing not just for ourselves but for all women.
A three-day gathering for women ready to stop performing and start healing.
Shamanic cultures around the world understood something we've forgotten: some burdens aren't meant to be carried alone. Some stories need witnesses to finally be released. And the feminine has always known how to heal in circle.
This retreat is for women who have been holding it together for a long time. The ones who show up, take care of everyone, and quietly wonder when it will be their turn. The ones carrying old shame, unfinished grief, or chapters of their lives that never got a proper ending.
In Sedona, surrounded by red rock and held by a circle of women, you'll have the chance to finally set some of it down. To create the coming-of-age ritual you never had. To find closure on a relationship that still lingers. To mark a transition you've been moving through alone.
Through shamanic practices, ritual, and the ancient wisdom of the divine feminine, you'll reconnect with the parts of yourself you've been too busy to tend. You'll be seen as you already are. And that will be enough.
In this three-day workshop, we will release stuck emotions, rewrite our history, and rewire our experiences in a playful, powerful, and profound way.
This is your invitation to rebirth yourself like a phoenix rising from the ashes and embrace ALL aspects of your Divine Feminine.
Come nourish your heart and soul using a variety of tools and rituals, including:
Three days. A circle of women. The desert waiting to hold what you're ready to release.
"I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world… The only place that's more beautiful is here."
Sedona Mago is like another planet. Bliss Rock, the vortex trees, the stillness of the lake—it was pure magic. I didn't want to leave.
— Pam W.
This retreat takes place nestled deep in Sedona's red rock desert at the Mago Retreat Center which is operated by Tao Fellowship, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is "Love Humanity, Love the Earth."
Surrounded by quiet canyons and whispering juniper trees, Mago sits on land that has been considered sacred for thousands of years.
You wake to sunrises that bathe the cliffs in gold.
You walk the sacred paths in silence.
You sit under stars so vast they make you weep.
Sedona is world-famous for its energy vortexes—natural sites where subtle Earth energy is said to spiral with unusual intensity.
You may feel tingling in your hands. A lightness in your chest. Or simply a deep sense of presence, clarity, and alignment.
One thing is for sure: you'll never forget your time in this incredibly special place.
"Every inch of our 173 acres was lovingly developed to hold space for your healing, spiritual elevation, and physical restoration"
At Sedona Mago, every meal is part of your healing.
Fresh, seasonal food prepared with balance, simplicity, and care. The menu changes daily and includes plant-based, vegetarian, and pescatarian options, many sourced directly from Mago's own sustainable farm.
Meals are served buffet-style in a peaceful dining hall. Enjoy scrambled eggs with vegetables, crab cake Benedict, lemon Dijon salmon, sweet and sour tofu, and hearty soups and salads—all designed to nourish your energy.
Gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly options are available, so you can relax, feel cared for, and focus on your magical experience.
"I've been to Mago five times. Every time I leave stronger, clearer, and more at peace. The grounds, the food, the people—everything supports your healing."
This is food that sustains you—body, mind, and spirit.
Every part of the journey matters. We've created this guide to help you arrive with ease and step fully into this sacred experience.
"Sedona Mago is like another planet. Bliss Rock, the vortex trees, the stillness of the lake—it was pure magic. I didn't want to leave."
