You've Been Carrying This Long Enough
A weekend gathering for women ready to stop performing and start healing.
Shamanic cultures around the world understood something we've forgotten: some burdens aren't meant to be carried alone. Some stories need witnesses to finally be released. And the feminine has always known how to heal in circle.
This retreat is for women who have been holding it together for a long time. The ones who show up, take care of everyone, and quietly wonder when it will be their turn. The ones carrying old shame, unfinished grief, or chapters of their lives that never got a proper ending.
In Sedona, surrounded by red rock and held by a circle of women, you'll have the chance to finally set some of it down. To create the coming-of-age ritual you never had. To find closure on a relationship that still lingers. To mark a transition you've been moving through alone.
Through shamanic practices, ritual, and the ancient wisdom of the divine feminine, you'll reconnect with the parts of yourself you've been too busy to tend. You'll be seen as you already are. And that will be enough.
What We'll Do Together
In this three-day workshop, we will release stuck emotions, rewrite our history, and rewire our experiences in a playful, powerful, and profound way.
This is your invitation to rebirth yourself like a phoenix rising from the ashes and embrace ALL aspects of your Divine Feminine.
Come nourish your heart and soul using a variety of tools and rituals, including:
One weekend. A circle of women. The desert waiting to hold what you're ready to release.

Sarah Marshank is the founder of Selfistry, a system for mastering the art of being human. Selfistry is "smart spirituality" for these times, offering a map and a method for effective self development. Integrating Eastern and Western philosophy and psychology with meditative and somatic practices, Selfistry prepares practitioners for a deep encounter with life.
Selfistry was born out of Sarah's personal 10-year retreat, where she lived a simple ascetic lifestyle, separate from the fast-paced craziness of the Western world. While isolated, she studied the teachings of numerous lineages and spent her days practicing meditation, yoga, silence, and fasting.
You can read her story in her memoir: Being Self-ish, My Journey from Escort to Monk to Grandmother.
