You don't have to think or plan anything. Ten days contained the juice of a three or even six-month retreat. I feel amazed and grateful.
Past Participant
The entire trip felt spectacular. Fun, grounded, and like a remembering of the source of creation.
Didier
They just need to do it. It's life changing.
Kristina
A chance to go within. To use the power of the light in sacred places to eliminate heavy energy and be filled with the love of cosmic consciousness. Jorge and HeatherAsh support your journey, offering their wisdom and perspective to help you find your own answers.
Past Participant
His presence was warm, grounded, and genuine. He is a beautiful being, and it was truly an honor to be in his presence. Being with him felt like being welcomed into a friend's home, shared wholeheartedly and without reservation.
Didier
After the ceremony, HeatherAsh offered me a hug. It felt sincere and present, like a meeting beyond words. It was a simple gesture, but it carried depth and stayed with me.
Didier
His knowledge, wisdom and love moves you. Words cannot explain how.
Kristina
The power of embodied practices and ritual as opposed to merely thinking about healing or transformation. This is the difference.
Past Participant
I came at a time of renewal, ready to close one cycle and step into the next. This journey gave me exactly that: my own healing and a new doorway to the next cycle of life.
Past Participant
Move forward with an open mind and an open heart. There's no need to force anything. Simply allow the presence of HeatherAsh and Jorge, and the land itself, to do the work. Trust your own inner guidance.
Didier
I'm deeply grateful that I went on this journey. What stands out most is the sense of genuine connection. Not just people I met on a trip, but beings I shared something real with.
Didier
I had been fascinated with shamanic rituals and practices for years. When I heard about this event, I was all in. The desire to meet Jorge and HeatherAsh was reason enough.

The first day is a briefing and presentation. HeatherAsh and Don Jorge open the container with an energy activation to prepare you for the days ahead.
After breakfast at the hotel, depart at 8:00 a.m. to stand before humanity's most enduring monuments. Visit the pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Menkaure, then transfer to the panoramic area for photos of all three pyramids together with the Great Sphinx.
Stop at the Papyrus Institute, then continue to Sakkara. Visit a traditional carpet school on the return. Overnight at Movenpick.
Begin with an early morning visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to over 100,000 artifacts including the complete Tutankhamun collection. Walk one of the largest archaeological collections in the world before crossing into the desert south of Cairo.
Continue to Dahshour to see two of the earliest true pyramids ever built: the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. These structures reveal the engineering experiments that preceded the Pyramids of Giza. Overnight at Movenpick.
Transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan (airfare included). Upon arrival, proceed directly to the spectacular Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and rescued from the rising waters of the Nile. Continue to the Oil Palace in Aswan.
Board your 5-star Nile Cruise (full board without drinks) for check-in. Enjoy lunch and dinner on board as you begin the journey along the sacred waters. Overnight in Aswan, on the cruise.
Breakfast on board your cruise as you navigate the Nile. In the afternoon, cruise to Kom Ombo to visit the double temple dedicated to both Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god.
Continue cruising along the Nile, taking in the ancient landscapes that have drawn seekers for millennia. Lunch and dinner included on board.
Breakfast on board as you sail toward Luxor. En route, experience the crossing of the Esna Lock, an engineering feat and a memorable moment of the cruise.
Arrive in Luxor and visit Luxor Temple, dramatically illuminated as evening falls. Return to your cruise for dinner and overnight on board.
Breakfast on board, then check out of your cruise for a full day of exploration. Visit Karnak Temple, the largest ancient religious complex ever built.
Cross to the West Bank to enter the Valley of the Kings, with visits to three royal tombs. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Stop at a traditional alabaster workshop to see artisans carving stone as it has been done for thousands of years.
Overnight at the Sonesta St George Hotel in Luxor, overlooking the Nile.
Transfer by bus to Luxor Airport for your return flight to Cairo (airfare included). Upon arrival, transfer back to the Movenpick Media City Hotel.
This afternoon, HeatherAsh Amara and Don Jorge Luis Delgado will lead a powerful integration ceremony. A sacred space to process the profound experiences of your Nile journey and anchor the wisdom you have received into your being.
A full day to explore the heart of Cairo. Visit the Alabaster Mosque inside the Citadel of Saladin, a fortress that has watched over Cairo for nearly a thousand years. Continue to the Coptic Quarter where Jesus took refuge.
Step into the energy of Khan el-Khalili, Cairo's legendary Grand Islamic Bazaar, where you can find treasures, spices, and handcrafted souvenirs. This unhurried day allows time for personal exploration, shopping, or savoring Egyptian coffee in a centuries-old café. Return to the hotel for your final overnight stay.
Take this final morning to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, journal your reflections, and integrate the transformations of your journey through Egypt.
At the appropriate time, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight. Carry the ancient wisdom and sacred experiences home with you as you step into the next chapter of your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your sacred journey
Yes. Egypt welcomes millions of tourists each year, and major tourist areas like Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan are well-secured. The U.S. State Department currently rates Egypt at Level 2 ("Exercise Increased Caution"), the same level as France, Germany, and the UK. Our experienced local guides know the region intimately and prioritize your safety throughout the journey.
No vaccinations are legally required, but the CDC recommends being up to date on routine vaccines and suggests Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Typhoid for most travelers. We recommend consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic 4–6 weeks before departure.
Yes. U.S. citizens need a tourist visa, which can be purchased on arrival at Cairo Airport for approximately $25 (plus a $10 service fee). You can also apply online in advance through Egypt's e-visa portal. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Egypt is a conservative country, so modest dress is appreciated—especially at religious sites. We recommend loose, breathable clothing that covers shoulders and knees. A light scarf is useful for sun protection and for covering your head when entering mosques. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for temple visits.
March is one of the best times to visit Egypt. Expect warm, pleasant days (70–85°F / 21–29°C) and cooler evenings (55–65°F / 13–18°C). Rain is rare. We recommend layers for early mornings and evenings, plus sun protection for daytime temple visits.
We recommend drinking only bottled water, which is widely available and inexpensive. The hotels and cruise ship provide bottled water, and we suggest using it for brushing teeth as well. Avoid ice in drinks unless you're at a major hotel or restaurant.
Moderate fitness is recommended. You'll be walking on uneven surfaces at temple sites, climbing stairs (including inside the Great Pyramid), and moving through the Valley of the Kings. Most sites are accessible at a leisurely pace, and there's always time to rest. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us before booking.
Travel insurance is not required but is strongly recommended. We suggest comprehensive coverage that includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Companies like World Nomads, Allianz, and Travel Guard offer suitable policies.
The Egyptian Pound (EGP) is the local currency, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted for tips and small purchases. We recommend bringing $200–300 in small bills ($1, $5, $10) for tips and souvenirs. ATMs are available in Cairo and major sites. Credit cards are accepted at hotels and larger shops.
We recommend budgeting approximately $150 per person for tips throughout the journey. This covers drivers, hotel staff, cruise staff, and restaurant service. Your guide will provide tipping guidance along the way. Tips are an important part of the local economy and are deeply appreciated.
Yes. While the itinerary is full, we've built in rest time—particularly on Day 8 when we return to Cairo. You'll also have leisure time aboard the Nile cruise and opportunities to explore Khan el-Khalili bazaar at your own pace. The balance of guided experiences and personal time is intentional.
Daily breakfast is included at the hotel. During the Nile cruise (Days 4–6), all meals are included (full board). Several lunches and dinners in Cairo are also included as noted in the itinerary. Vegetarian options are available—please let us know your dietary needs when you register.
For in-person events held outside the continental United States, refunds are available up to 180 days before the start date, minus a $50 cancellation fee (the 3.5% ticketing fee is non-refundable at any time as this is not refunded to us). After these deadlines, we cannot offer refunds due to scheduling and planning requirements. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage to protect your investment.
We'd love to hear from you! Please email us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. No question is too small—we're here to help you prepare for this transformational journey.
