Not what you think you should want. Not what would please anyone else. The version of you that could articulate her own needs in real time has been quiet for a long time. Week 2 reconnects you to her, so you can stop abandoning yourself in the small moments and start choosing what is true for you.

Hear your own voice. Trust yourself again.

You used to trust yourself, and something happened that made you stop. Now you second-guess every instinct. You confuse your intuition with your fear. You outsource your decisions to everyone in your phone. Week 3 teaches you how your body signals a “yes” and a “no” before your mind catches up.

Week 1

What Your Feelings Are Trying to Tell You

This week opens the course and focuses on feelings, especially the hard ones. You’ll learn that your feelings are not problems to solve. They are messages to receive. The practice helps you stay present with a feeling rather than shut it down or be overwhelmed by it.

You will do a guided “Feel Without Flooding” body practice. You will stay with your feelings in short, manageable intervals, without attaching meaning or story to them, so your nervous system builds the capacity to stay. You will also do a guided journaling practice called “Decoding the Message Beneath the Feeling,” where you slow down, listen, and translate what your feelings are communicating, so you understand yourself more deeply and know what to do next.

Week 2

How to Know What You Actually Need

This week focuses on needs. When you disconnect from yourself, you lose the ability to identify what you genuinely need, separate from what you think you should need or what others expect. You reconnect to your needs as a form of self-knowledge and self-respect. You also learn that expressing a need isn’t selfish or demanding. It is how intimacy and trust get built.

You will use a “Needs Menu” to access what you need in moments you ordinarily go blank, get flustered, or defer with “I don’t know, whatever YOU want.” You will also do a guided visualization to connect with what nourishes you outside of intimate relationships, so instead of feeling chronically empty, wanting, and waiting, you feel whole.

Week 3

Trust Yourself Again: Reconnecting to Your Inner Knowing

This week focuses on inner knowing and intuition. Heartbreak and relationship loss leave most women doubting their own judgment. This session reconnects you to the internal compass that was never actually broken, only overridden. The part of you that was never broken, just overridden or ignored.

You will do a “Yes / No Body Mapping” practice. You will feel a “yes” and a “no” in your body, so you can make decisions without second-guessing yourself and tell grounded knowing apart from reactive, fear-based thinking. You will also learn how to use your intuition in daily life, so you stay connected to yourself and confident in your choices.

Week 4

Finding Joy When Everything Feels Hard

The closing week focuses on joy and aliveness. Not toxic positivity or forced optimism. The real, quiet kind of joy that is still available even in the middle of difficulty and disorientation. You leave with a practice you can return to after the course ends.

You will identify your stuck places and the “catalyzing emotion” that propels you out of stasis and into movement, and eventually into openness, ease, pleasure, and joy. You will also develop a practice of nurturing “micro-joys,” small moments of aliveness that become a kind of spiritual food to support you through whatever comes next.
